1. Where can I park? Are there public transport links nearby?

 

Unfortunately, there are no parking facilities available at our location; should you choose to park in a designated visitor or resident bay, this will be at your own risk. We are a 10 minutes’ walk away from Dartford train station which operates the South Eastern and Thameslink Network Rail. There will also be a new bus route running through the development.

2. What does your registration procedure entail?

Once you contact us, we will be in touch to book you in for an appointment. We will ask you to read a copy of our Terms of Service, and invite you to attend a 'Meet and Treat' consultation appointment. Following this, you will be able to select a suitable date for your first grooming appointment. A single booking fee of £20 will need to be pre-paid to secure both of these slots.

 

A set of Terms of Service will need to be signed at the consultation appointment which will be kept on file for you. During your pet’s consultation, we will be able to assess your pet’s behaviour, their coat condition, learn about their lifestyle, grooming history and grooming requirements; this will help us determine whether we are a good fit for you and your pet. Should you choose to proceed, we can then agree a grooming schedule going forward.

3. How do I book an appointment?

You can either give us a call or alternatively leave us your details via our contact form and we will endeavour to respond to your message or enquiry within 24 hours.

4. What do I need to do before I bring my dog in for their grooming appointment?

Please make sure your pet has not been fed at least one hour before their grooming appointment and that they have been walked and been to the toilet.
