During these challenging times, we are doing everything we can to minimise the risk of contamination and spread of the COVID-19 virus, particularly as new variants emerge.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
In the interest of safeguarding our clients, we will continue to use facemasks throughout every appointment and also when liaising with clients at drop off and pick up.
We can only permit one person per household to enter the premises at any time.
We continue to closely follow government and industry guidelines whilst doing all that we can to protect our staff and clients, including increased cleaning and disinfection protocols, and the continued use of PPE for appointments.
However, as the pandemic remains a risk, we cannot accept liability for any illness related to COVID-19, nor for any cross-contamination despite our best efforts to minimise this risk.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
As COVID restrictions have eased, and facemasks and face coverings are no longer mandatory in all shops, clients are no longer required to wear a face mask when dropping off and picking up pets.
Clients must inform Linky’s Pet Parlour at the earliest opportunity:
If they are under quarantine instructions, or have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, prior to their grooming appointment and either request to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
