As a 1-1 salon specialising in Holistic and Asian Fusion Grooming, we work exclusively on a scheduled basis.
We offer a complimentary Meet & Treat consultation before booking your pet’s first grooming appointment. This relaxed introduction helps us to tailor a calm, personalised grooming experience and ensure the highest level of care going forward. During this visit, you’ll meet your groomer, tour the space, complete registration and ask any questions before booking your pet’s first grooming appointment.
STEP 1 - REGISTER
Complete the New Client form (link below) and we will be in touch
Review a copy of our Terms of Service (link below), you will be required to sign a copy at your consultation appointment
STEP 2 - BOOKING FEE
Prepay a £20 booking fee to secure your appointment slot (a payment link will be emailed to you)
The booking fee can be deducted from your grooming total or rolled over to secure your next appointment slot
STEP 3 - MEET & TREAT
Meet your pet's new groomer! We'll send you an appointment confirmation by email
Once the consultation has concluded, you can select a grooming date for your pet
